At the start of this year, I began working on the alpha phase of a very ambitious project for The National Archives. But before I tell you about my role, and what I did and learnt from it, let me give you some background about the project.
You’ll probably know that The National Archives exists, but you might not necessarily understand what The National Archives actually does and what treasures it holds...

"Anna is a dedicated professional, who helped us with user research and testing in a major project we completed recently. I was aware she has been transitioning from a career in customer engagement into the world of user experience having completed her training last year. So her experience fitted perfectly with the work at hand. Anna helped us running the various user research operational tasks in the project. Her meticulous approach ensured suitable candidates were recruited, consent provided and GDPR compliance was in place. As the project progressed, she also started to write test scripts, ran a few user testing sessions and helped with the presentation of research findings and insights. Anna is very enthusiastic and passionate for her work, she would be a valuable asset to any organisation that will hire her services."
