Hello! Let me briefly introduce myself and share the story that has shaped my approach and process
I have 12 years of experience working with digital products, starting as a website editor and, more recently, as a UX/UI Designer. Prior to this, I worked in the performing arts, where I learned the importance of empathy, collaboration, and adjusting concepts based on audience response. These skills translate well to UX/UI design, where creating a great user experience is crucial.
My work in acting and digital projects has taken me to various countries, exposing me to different cultures and teaching me the value of adaptability, open-mindedness, and empathy. These qualities are essential for success in today's interconnected world.
In my approach to UX/UI design, I incorporate my interests in human psychology, technology, and the arts to create designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly. I keep up-to-date with emerging software and UX design trends, continuously seeking ways to improve my skills.
After every project, I reflect on areas where I can enhance my abilities and take steps to do so. I believe that this commitment to learning is crucial for staying ahead in a constantly evolving field.
My design process
In my design process, I use the Double Diamond methodology, which consists of four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. This iterative problem-solving approach allows me to create efficient and effective designs, whether working alone or as part of a team.
With a comprehensive understanding of the entire design process and a human-centred mindset, I work within fast-paced, agile processes and methods. I have the ability to simplify complex processes, minimise cognitive load, and anticipate progressive repercussions based on my experience.
My goal is to learn as much as possible while making a positive impact in the world.
